Welcome to The Enlightenment Series Private Buying Club and Affiliate Program
The Enlightenment Series Buying Club and Affiliate Program operates as a private contractual membership-based community intended to support open communication, wellness education, and the freedom to voluntary association among its members.
Products, educational materials, and affiliate opportunities are offered within this private member environment and are intended for individuals who voluntarily choose to participate.
By purchasing a product and/or choosing to become an affiliate through this website, you acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily applying for and accepting membership in The Enlightenment Series subject to these Terms and Conditions and any applicable Membership Policies.
If you do not wish to become a member you should not complete a product purchase nor register to become an affiliate through this website.
Insurance Disclaimer - The Enlightenment Series nutritional products, wellness programs, educational materials, and related services are not covered by participation in any insurance network. The Company does not accept, bill or purchase any insurance related to the products or services. Customers acknowledge that all purchases are voluntary and are their sole financial responsibility. The Company makes no guarantee that any purchase will be eligible for reimbursement under any health insurance policy or other benefit program.
1. Membership Eligibility
Participation in the Buying Club is limited to approved members of The Enlightenment Series
To purchase Buying Club Members must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Provide accurate registration information
Conduct activities in a lawful and ethical manner
The Enlightenment Series reserves the right to approve or deny Membership participation at its discretion.
To become an Affiliate Members must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Provide accurate registration information
Conduct activities in a lawful and ethical manner
Participation in the Affiliate Program is limited to approved Members of The Enlightenment Series
The Enlightenment Series reserves the right to approve or deny Affiliate Members of The Enlightenment Series
2. Purpose of the Affiliate Program
The purpose of the Program is to allow members to:
Share educational wellness information
Mention nutritional products and services
Introduce others to The Enlightenment Series community
Earn commissions on qualified referrals
3. Independent Affiliate Relationship
Affiliates participate as independent members and independent contractors.
Participation in the Program does not create:
Employment
Partnership
Agency
Franchise
Joint venture relationships
Affiliates are responsible for their own business activities, taxes, and compliance obligations.
4. Affiliate Links & Promotion
Approved affiliates will receive a unique referral link and/or referral code.
Affiliates may promote the products and services through:
Websites and blogs
Social media
Email newsletters
Podcasts and videos
Other approved communication channels
Affiliates agree to:
Represent products honestly and accurately
Use respectful and ethical marketing practices
Avoid misleading statements or exaggerated claims
5. Health & Product Claims
Members and Affiliate Members may not:
Claim products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases;
Make misleading medical claims
State products are FDA-approved unless specifically authorized
All product information shared by affiliates should focus on general wellness, education, and personal experience where appropriate.
6. FTC Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must clearly disclose affiliate relationships in all promotional content.
Example disclosure:
“I may receive compensation for purchases made through my affiliate links.”
Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable FTC endorsement and advertising guidelines.
7. Commissions
Affiliates may earn commissions on qualified purchases generated through their affiliate links.
Qualified Purchases are defined as:
Successfully completed
Properly tracked through the affiliate system
Paid in full
Not refunded or fraudulent
Commission Structure:
Standard Commission: 15%
Bonus Structure – On occasion
Commissions are not paid on:
Personal purchases
Taxes
Shipping fees
Returned orders
Fraudulent transactions
9. Payments
Minimum payout threshold: $10
Payment schedule: Monthly
Payment method: [PayPal or Check]
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information.
10. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, educational materials, and branding associated with the buying club/affiliate program are the property of CPT Global, Inc with a licensing agreement with The Enlightenment Series.
Affiliate Members are granted a limited, revocable license to use approved promotional materials solely for participation in the Program.
11. Compliance & Ethical Conduct
Affiliates agree to:
Follow all applicable laws and advertising guidelines
Maintain ethical communication practices
Respect the reputation and mission of The Enlightenment Series
Avoid deceptive marketing tactics
The Enlightenment Series reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate participation for violations of these standards.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time.
The Enlightenment Series may suspend or revoke affiliate participation for:
Misrepresentation
Policy violations
Fraudulent conduct
Harmful or unethical activities
Upon termination, affiliate links and commission eligibility may be deactivated
13. Changes to Terms
The Buying Club and Affiliate Program may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time including but not limited to membership rules, policies, procedures, and compensation plans.
Continued participation in the Program after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
Any disputes must be resolved in a designated Oklahoma county.
Members expressly agree to The Enlightenment Series’ private dispute resolution procedures (mediation and/or arbitration).
All disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith private resolution efforts before formal legal proceedings.
